Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 30 days or more = full refund of deposit, less $25 service charge.
Cancellation 30 days or less = if home is re-rented: full refund less $25 service charge.
Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival will return 1/2 of the payment. No refunds will be given after this period.

Upon or after the arrival date, parties will be held responsible for the dates reserved. No refunds are given if you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or if you want to shorten your stay.
